MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS 2009-2010
Non Refundable $50 Annual Membership Fee
entitles you to the following benefits:
- Quarterly Newsletter containing useful information about family centered activities in the community as well as parenting tips and child development
- FREE admission to all Parent Workshops
- Reduced Fees for Support Groups and other fee-based programs.
- Regular email updates.
- Priority Registration for all programs and groups
- Early invitations to socials, special RPCC events and other community events
PLEASE NOTE: Sliding scale fees. Scholarships are available. No parent will be turned away for inability to pay a fee.
MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in at least ONE Volunteer Team throughout the year (see separate volunteer team list for descriptions)
- Participate in one toy wash per year.
- Contribute to the community “snack” by bringing in a healthy snack and beverage on a rotating basis for the Toddler program.
- Attend two Parent meetings (Fall and Spring).
- Abide by the policies of the Rockland Parent-Child Center as outlined in the Parent Handbook and stated in Parent Commitment Letter

Actively participate in RPCC fundraisers throughout the year:
- Annual River Auction (Spring) - raises over 20% of our annual revenue for the year. 100% participation is required for the preparation and production of this event.
- Participate in at least ONE other fundraiser throughout the year; Fall Fundraiser, Family Connections Dinner Dance (September), other fundraisers TBA.

Membership packets containing these forms can be obtained at our office. However, if you like, you can download them, fill them out at home and bring them into the office. The completion of these forms is necessary for registration.
